Words of Gratitude

This award would not have been possible without the support of the Honorary Chairman, Chairman, Honorary Members, and Special Members of the Japan Pancreatic Society.

We express our deepest gratitude to all the professors, especially Professor Hanada, the first recipient of the PanCAN Award, for their tremendous efforts.

We also believe this achievement is the result of the combined strength of all PanCAN Japan branches nationwide and the entire pancreatic cancer community.

This award is not just for us, but for the entire Japanese pancreatic cancer community.

Future Activities

Inspired by this award, PanCAN Japan will continue working alongside the PanCAN headquarters, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Japan Pancreatic Society, and pharmaceutical companies as a member of the pancreatic cancer community. We will strive to double the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer by 2030. We will convey the voices of patients and their families to society and contribute to the further advancement of research and medical care.

We sincerely ask for your continued support and cooperation moving forward.
